This week we elected patrol leaders and then our theme was learning about our Indigenous past.
We started with the story Shi-sho-etko.
We coloured an indigenous computing sheet that had the Squamish words for “every child matters”.
We also decorated orange shirt cookies.
We will not be meeting on September 30 to honour the day of Truth and Reconciliation.
