Earth Day Part 1

 This week we started a two week celebration of Earth Day.

We met three new Guides and then headed out to clean up the property of the church. We used gloves and tongs to protect ourselves from all the types of garbage we encountered. 

We painted pots and next week will plant seeds in them. 

Kenya paper bead necklaces finished!

Today we finished our paper bead necklaces and made a paper doll of the Guide uniforms from the country as well.

We also played Telestrations the game where you get to draw and take guesses!
At campfire we learned a new song, "Tall Trees".  

We will be at Michael's on April 11th! Noon to 2pm

 Thanks to our Super Sellers - Vy, Yen, Rose and Lucy. We sold 2 cases and 6 boxes of cookies!

 We finally earned our Astronomy Badges tonight!  Great job everyone. 

This week we also started to learn about Bird Watching.
