Lunar New Year

 Tonight we celebrated the countries that celebrate Lunar New Year and have Girl Guides.

Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, HK, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Japan

We made snake shaped bread sticks and there are no pictures because they were all eaten!

Puzzles, an active Snakes and Ladders and a story about Year of the Snake and a Lion Dance video.

Cookie Pick Up

  • Winter Crafts Night
    This week we made three crafts - a polar bear, a felt bird mobile and an edible winter tree.  Here are some pictures!

    We had a great meeting learning about animals with Mike Larson. Here are a few pictures from our evening with all the animals. 
  • Cookie Baking
    December 1 - Students at Prince of Wales School will host us. We had an amazing night of baking and decorating.
