“Effective immediately, Girl Guides of Canada (GGC) activities across British Columbia will continue to include daytime options for all ages, and expand to include Overnight 1 activities for a) members of Guide age and older with b) confirmed "green" unit vaccine status.
Green Vaccine Units:
Indoor 1 with a gathering size limit of 50 people or 50% of venue capacity, whichever is greater.
Outdoor 2 with a gathering size of 5000 people or 50% of venue capacity, whichever is greater.
Overnight 1 with a gathering size of 5000 people or 50% of venue capacity, whichever is greater.
We are a GREEN unit as all leaders have been double vaccinated and all our members are twelve years of age and under.
Thanks for your patience and your continued enthusiasm for our Guiding program whether we are indoors or outdoors!
INDOOR 1 regulations are in effect.
So this coming Monday we will be at the church in the Lower Hall.

COOKIES are ready to pick up!
This week will meet at Jacquie's house at 6:30pm and pick up at 8:00pm.
Cookies can be picked up by parents at the beginning or end of the meeting.
We are hoping everyone will sell 2 cases (or 24 individual boxes).
Money will be due before November 8th.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or through the online Girl Guide system.
Instructions will be emailed to you.
Shelter is up and ready for Sept. 20
We welcomed all our new Guides this week.
We did a promise and law craft.
This week we took time to know everyone a little better.
We cleaned around two storm drains, marked them and now we are ready to name them!
Everyone is encouraged to adopt one of your own near your house!

Level 2 Outdoors for September 20
Please email Jacquie if you have not received an email about our location change for this week.
What you will need to bring to the meeting -
1) a portable chair to sit on
In a backpack
2) a water bottle
3) layers of clothing
– it could be raining, windy or colder than you are used
4) Wear shoes or boots
5) Consider bringing a hat or toque
6) Your own hand sanitizer
7) Flashlight
