Halloween Party comes early this year

Since October 31st is on a Monday we will be holding our party this year on Oct. 24th.
Please wear a costume and we all need to add a mask! 

First Aid Kits Craft and Emergency Scene Management

Tonight we made our own mini first aid kits!  Thanks to a friend of Guiding who contributed the tubes.
We also learned what do in an emergency and how to put a person in the recovery position.

 Our group supports (as a service project) -

Adopt a catch basin!
During our outdoor meetings we adopted two and named them -  
The S'more the Merrier and Lord and Lady Storm Drain.

The rains will come soon and the catch basins will need cleaning out to prevent flooding.

Get together with all your family members and pick one or two near your home.

Harvesting and Planting

Tonight we harvested from our garden a carrot each.  

We collected a rock for a craft next week.

We also planted tulips in the front garden!
