We had a great meeting learning about animals with Mike Larson.

Snowflake Enrolment Night

Tonight we finally enrolled all our new Guides.  Our theme was snowflakes so we all made a lot of different types of snowflakes! 

Movie night out!

Winter Crafts Night

This week we made three crafts - a polar bear, a felt bird mobile and an edible winter tree.

Cookie Baking

December 1 - Students at Prince of Wales School will host us.

We had an amazing night of baking and decorating.

First Aid Part 2

This week we learned what to do if we found someone unconscious and not breathing.
We practised CPR and learned to call for help and see if there is a AED available.
We also learned how to put on a triangular bandage and use it to make a sling, oh and make a ring bandage too.

First Aid week 1

We started our meeting with First Aid “Pictionary”. 

This week we learned about everything you can find in a First Aid kit and then we put together our own First Aid kit items. 

We learned what to do in case of an emergency and we find a person unconscious. We learned how to put someone in the recovery position.
